Sibelius 5.1 is such a significant upgrade for Windows that it requires
you to uninstall Sibelius 5.0 before installing 5.1 -- it replaces
everything.
This is the sort of upgrade for which Finale charges us $90 each year.
AND Sibelius released FREE a soundset editor which will make working
with any device (softsynth or hardware module) as transparent as using
the built-in soundsets.
I don't recall Finale ever offering such a significant interim upgrade
for free, and I've been using Finale since version 3.5.
