You don't give any details about the hardware upon which you are using
Finale. I suspect that this is a video / monitor artifact. Rather than
deleting the system, try moving it down a tiny fraction, and see what
this does. For a more complete answer, it might be useful to know what
kind of video card you have installed, what size monitor you have, and
what resolution you have it set for.
