Nice utility, Robert, but it didn't fix it for me. And I had never
installed the TrueType fonts when I got the package because I have a
PostScript printer.
Opening the same PostScript Rehearsal font file from a disk image of the
original CD using TypeTool and Fontographer demos gives two differing
representations of the font. The TypeTool view shows the correct
character for Shift-Opt-2; Fontographer shows the character to be
missing. Fontographer places the Shift-Opt-2 character in position 256
(bottom left of lower window).
Here are the two views, TypeTool is the top window:

However, in TypeTool, typing Shift-Opt-2 doesn't select Shift-Opt-2 but
Shift-Opt-1 selects the correct 1 character.
Fontographer selects the right slot for Shift-Opt-2 but the character
isn't at that spot.
