Hello List--
I am re-working some things that I did many years ago for my portfolio. I have some fonts picked out for use in these documents, but I have a question. Do you tend to use 1 font or 2+? Serif vs. sans-serif?

I always use three fonts:

(1) A titling font which I associate exclusively with the scores of only one composer's music (used for titles, my name, names of instruments; tempo or text expressions at the beginning of movements; and instruction pages or program notes,

(2) a serif font for lyrics and expressions within the score proper,

and (3) a sans-serif font used only for information that involves no degree of musicianly interpretaton, i.e. "SCORE" at the top left of a score (or the name of an instrument at the top left of each part), or the copyright line at the bottom of the first page of the score or part.
