I know there are others on this list with the same printer, which I like a lot.
I am wondering whether someone can give me a hint to fix the following: When I feed a pile of paper through the multipurpose tray the printer frequently pulls more than one sheet, typically two. I can feed the sheets seperately, but especially when printing backsides it would help me a lot if this didn't happen. I have tried cleaning the little pad underneath the wheel with alcohol, but this hasn't helped. However, I can't really get to the place.
