You might also try holding down the Option key on your Mac as you try to
empty the trash.

While looking around for options I came across an alternate File
listing - toward the bottom I saw "Move to Trash" but it was gray.
Tried for a while to find this again with a file highlighted - no luck.
Back to online help: searched for "move to trash : "no matches found".
Obvious question - how do I delete a file??? Not so obvious - where
is my alternate File listing? How do I get to it?
