If you just want the signature to show 6/8 and 3/4 make an expression using the music font (e.g. Maestro) of the 3 and the 4. Make enough space after the 6/8 time signature in Document Options or with the Measure Tool (adjust beats) and place them as expressions. Looks like this: http://www.yatesguitar.com/misc/68-34.jpg .
