Dolet creates a MusicXML file which will import into either of
those two Finale versions. Dolet doesn't "translate into Finale"
at all -- it creates a MusicXML file which can be imported into any
program which can import MusicXML files. It's not specifically
Finale or Sibelius at all. Other programs have been including
MusicXML capabilities such as music scanning programs and
sequencers. Each program interprets that aspect of the MusicXML
which it needs and ignores the other data.
