I think, after an amazing amount of fruitless searching, that I've
found the passage you're pointing me to. It comes under the heading,
"Voicing for Staff in Part", not easy to find when you think that your
searching for something along the lines of.......dividing/separating
voices into two staves.
The only problem is that it seems to have been written in some strange
language :)
Anyway, I can't seem to understand what they're trying to get me to
do, here's the passage that has me stumped....
"To divide a multi-part score staff into two or more parts, first add
the staff to different parts. Once the multi-part staff appears in two
(or more) parts, use this dialog box to specify which notes to show
for each part."
What does it mean when it says, "add the staff to different parts".
What different parts?
I don't mean to be facetious but they don't make this easy.
