In page view, select the text tool. Double-click and drag to add a text box. Then do Text | Inserts | Part/Score Name. Position the box where you want it. Then hold down the linking override key (Ctrl on Win), right-click on the box, and uncheck Show. This will hide the box in the score only (since you don't want a big label saying 'Score') but leave it showing in all the parts.
