Using Finale 2010, I set up a 2nd monitor with my MacBook Pro laptop. I
thought I had all the windows off the 2nd screen and later when trying to
playback with the Movie Window, could not get the movie window to reappear on
the laptop display till I attached the 2nd monitor and then dragged it back to
the main laptop monitor. Any other way to have the movie return to the main
screen? I went into System Preferences to Displays and selected Detect
Displays but this didn't help. If I move from one monitor to two, this always
works but apparently not vice versa.

I wanted to see if I could bring this same Finale 2010 file up on my old
desktop Mac using Finale 2007. I saved the 2010 file in XML format. The file
then opened fine on my desktop into Finale 2007. If the movie window is
closed, the file plays back just fine. If the movie window is open, no matter
what I do, the file jumps from bar 29 to 80 during playback. There are 400
bars for the entire short film. I thought possibility that it had to do with
the frame rate of 23.976 fps. Digital Performer 6 is capable of this rate but
earlier Performer can get only as close as 24 fps. Of course I am not setting
any frame rate in Finale. Any other possible explanations and s?

Thanks so much!
