I initially used page scaling, but some years back I changed to system scaling. There was a discussion about it here, and some people (Johannes? Robert? Jari?) gave some very good reasons in favor of system scaling. I like it because it means I don't need to mentally scale my page margins, and I don't need to use fixed-size text for page-attached items.

Sorry, I've never seen that, because I don't use fixed-size fonts in expressions.
