Hi all, Finale 2007.
I am doing 30 parts from a 700-measure pencil score of a double-orchestra piece -- parts are due before the full score (just a few days left!), being proofread by the client one at a time. A score needs to be built from the parts. The parts have separate key signatures and barlines (meaning in the same place, but some single and some double). I know I'll have to fake the separate barlines, but I have a labor question. All parts in orchestra 1 share hairpins and dynamic expressions; all parts in orchestra 2 share hairpins and expressions, but they are different from orchestra 1. The parts were made on templates containing all those hairpins and score expressions. I can paste everything except the hairpins and expressions to build the score, of course, but when I'm done, how do I paste only the expressions to the two separate groups of staves? As it stands now, if I select 'measure expressions' in the mass edit dialog, the items paste to all staves. Am I missing something in the paste dialog?
