I think I might have an explanation for all the items in the 
Utilities menu. Before the new selection tool, Utilities was a sub-
menu of the Mass Edit menu. I am using an old version of Finale from 
before the addition of the new selection tool, and in that regard, it 
makes perfect sense. My guess is that the current Utilities menu 
reflects this legacy.
