Type this into a page text block: [Insert Part/Score Name] Page [Insert Page Number]"
(You get the stuff in brackets by going to the Text Menu/Inserts) Set the attributes to appear on all pages, or page range 2 to zero. Linked parts may be a little tricky to get what you want, but it should work.
