I definitely am not concerned with action - "Dammit, Jim - I'm a trumpeteer, not a pianist!" Also, 49-key controllers fit just right on my desk - I won't have to move my shortwave radios & printer station.
It appears the Keystation is a bit more expensive, and the name is reserved for 61+ keys. The M-Audio 49-key model is now called the KeyRig, and is priced right at $100, and is probably what I will go with.
