I was about to jump in and say that you could get a used Mac iBook G4
for very little money, but then I saw that you are running 2004,
which was very slow as I remember. I can't recommend the combination.
2005 was way faster.
Sorry, maybe someone can recommend a good Windows machine for you.
But 2004 was only shipped in Mac OR PC versions not both like 2005
and later. So you don't have a copy right now that will run on PC,
unless you bought one at the time.
