Yes. A number of years ago, on either this list, or another to which I
subscribe, I made an inquiry about something (perhaps an obscure
composer, but I don't remember for sure what it was) before doing a
search on that composer myself. When I used Google (R) immediately
afterwards to make an inquiry on that obscure composer, there was
exactly one hit on Google--the query I made on the list just a few
seconds earlier.
It's been long enough ago that I can't tell you the composer, or the
list, but I've been aware that Google indexes some lists very rapidly.
