There is (or should be) a folder inside Mac HD > Library > Application Support > MakeMusic > Finale 2011 called "Plug-Ins." If there isn't, check [userhomefolder] > Library > Application Support > MakeMusic > Finale 2011.
If it's not in either location, how are you even getting the Plug-In menu when you start Fin2011?
