[Finale] Automatic Measure Numbering Plug-In

I thought there was an Automatic Measure Numbering Plug-In, but I can't seem
to find it anymore. I know it existed in 2008, but I'm on 2010 now (Mac). I
think I just need to find its correct name. I have full TG Tools, too.  Can
someone point me in the right direction?
