Sure. Use the text tool to put a text box on the page and define the attributes the way you want it (attach to single page, multiple pages, etc.). Then do Text | Inserts and pick the insert item you want (Title, Part/Score Name, etc.). This assumes that you have the title set in the File Info box and the part names assigned correctly in Manage Parts.
