Is it possible to send a score file to someone?
Sometimes. The person to whom you intend to send the score file has to have the same, or a later version of Finale to open the file; if they have a later version than you do, and they edit the file, if they send the edited version back to you, you will not be able to open the file.
Usually, though, I've found the best practice to be to describe the issue with which you want help first, as completely as you can. You might want to make sure to mention the platform on which you're working, and the version of Finale you're using. There are certain cross platform issues that arise, but they are unlikely to be of much concern in your case.
