If you are using the Prefix With button, then this accidental size, font and position cannot be individually adjusted. I am not sure which setting adjusts them ALL, but I think it has to do with the default font for the document. Strangely, parentheses are also affected by this setting, even though they ARE entered as individual characters, but I can edit them individually to correct them. This is why in my own chord suffixes I enter the accidental as its own character (NOT with the Prefix With button), choosing the font and size and then entering a vertical displacement that I like. It takes WAY longer, but I have more control. This is one of many giant complaints I have about the chord suffix editor. I suggest you contact tech support, outlining the complaint. Perhaps they even have a solution for you.
