Today's Topics:

   1. Multimeasure rest weirdness (Michael Greensill)
I'm sure we've covered this before but I can't find anything about it, and I
can't seem to fix it.

I'm using Finale 2010. On drum parts I like to leave the measures, where the
drummer is just playing time, empty. Then, when they become multimeasure rests
in page view, I use a staff style to make them blank. I then put an expression
in the now blank multimeasure rest that says "PLAY 8". BUT, during the printing
process, all of that work is undone and they revert to showing all the
measures. I use update layout etc.
