IMO, this might be a good thing? If this is just limited to van Lith and not to Carlson or Hammond for example, then it would mean a small change to the management group (which has expanded quite a bit recently, as I understand it). To me, it seems there has been a radical pace change of ambition at MM during the past year or so. I hope that that doesn't end with van Lith leaving.
