With "Use cross-layer accidental positioning" checked, unison notes with accidentals in two different layers have the accidentals placed next to one another instead of coincident with one another, like they should be. I don't know when this behavior changed, but it worked properly in Fin2k4a, and doesn't in Fin2k12c. Is there another setting somewhere to make this work? Turning off cross-layer accidental positioning isn't an option, since that causes many accidentals on multi-layer staves to display incorrectly.
