Hi Dennis,

Are you sure you are not accidentally unlocking the systems? With the selection 
tool selected, the shortcut to unlock systems is "U." If you are in the 
selection tool, and pressing the "U" key slightly before the "ctrl" key, you 
may be inadvertently triggering an unwanted system unlock.
