Back in the mid-nineties another musician described to me an announced but
not-yet-released French notation product called "Berlioz" with which one
would be able to sing or play music in and have it notated perfectly and
all sorts of other entry miracles I've since forgotten.  "Berlioz" now
appears to be, from what I can tell between my high-school French and the
online auto-translator, a pretty decent music layout editor, with no
emphasis at all on ease of entry.  Please correct me if I am wrong.

So, in other words - what I heard of "Berlioz" was mostly vapor-ware.

Yes, the demo I've seen for this un-named product looks great, but I'll
wait to seriously peruse it when it is released.

At this point, the best question may be "Who made that great video?"
