Hi Jari, I'm sure you've experienced the Finale bug when even frozen accidentals do not stick. Usually this happens on a staff that is set to Chromatic Transposition. My solution is usually to delete the note in question, then re-enter it at the *unaltered* pitch — i.e., if I want a Bb, I'll hold down B on the MIDI keyboard. Then I will use the "F" or "S" keys to adjust — for whatever reason, in my experience these are more reliable than the "+" and "-" keys.
