I currently use an older iMac running on OS 10.5.8. I connect my synthesizer to my Mac with an older M-Audio USB Midisport 2x2 midi interface, and generally use Finale 2008 (although I do have, and sporadically use, finale 2012).
My iMac is giving me trouble with non Finale things, and so I was thinking about upgrading to a new iMac with a current OS. Does anyone on the list know, by experience, if Finale 2008 will still work on a new iMac OS? Also, will my current midi interface work with the a current OS on an iMac?
