Ha ha! Yes, Darcy nailed it. Cmaj7, the Canadian variant. I saw it here in Montreal, too, and had to deal with musicians mis-reading it as Cdim7, among other things. Like the crumhorn, the serpent, and the ophecleide, the circled 7th chord has died a deserved death, only employed by dead people and weirdos.
