I had terrible problems with EPS when I tried to generate PDF files. First,
you have to generate PS, then use Preview to convert to PDF. Otherwise, you
just get the thumbnail of the EPS.

But worse than that, I had situations where no matter what I did Finale
would generate blank pages, or pages with the wrong fonts, depending on
printer driver. This was a problem in Fin08. Do you not still encounter it?

Bottom line is, it is a terrible annoyance that they did not include PDF
when they supposedly rewrote the Graphics Tool.
