That was my question, too. When there is a multimeasure rest in the ending, some of the handles are not available. If you have dragged the ending larger in the score, sometimes the bracket in the parts extends right off the page and off the screen, which is obviously not workable. Go into Scroll View to adjust them.
And please, open a case with Tech Support anyway. They should log this so as to get it fixed faster. It has been this way for quite a while now.
