Without knowing more about your computer and what other software you may have running at the same time it's difficult to know what the problem is. Are you on a Windows machine or on a Mac? How much RAM does your computer have? Try shutting down all the other programs you may have running at the same time, such as your e-mail and your web browser and anything else like a word processor. Also let us know how long it has been since you last rebooted your computer -- not all programs behave properly and release their assigned RAM when they exit, so over time the amount of available RAM gets smaller and smaller. Rebooting the computer usually fixes this. -- David H.
