several years ago i finished a job started by someone else, 15 songs
(voice+piano) in seperate files (1-3 pp ea.). recently the composer
urgently needed transposed versions so for the sake of expediency i
simply transposed the 7 needed.

he wants a full transposed set now and i offered to "beautify" the
entire existing set as well as the new transposed version (general
improvements to the look, layout, file prefs etc.). can i assume
score merger is the best way to go? of course i could import my
settings to the docs to the existing 22 files, then create transposed
versions of the remaining 8 from that...

i just have some hesitations about merging scores, but maybe this is
because of past experiences. the notation is not terribly complex,
doesn't go beyond triplets, there are some cross-staff things and
there is never more than 2 voices in a single staff.

the original files are in F2000, the existing transposed versions are in F2012.
