You might want to look into getting a wide-format inkjet printer. HP and Epson both have wide-format printers that will print up to 13"X19", for between about $150 to $250. I use an HP Officejet 7000 e809 that, if I recall, cost about $220.

I have tried to print some of these pages checking TILE PAGES under FILE>PRINT>, and I have tried using TILE OVERLAP to 0 and 11 (inches), and all I ever get is the first part of each page.
