Scott, What size paper are you printing on? I can print on 8½ x 11 & 11 x 17 both landscape and portrait, and 9 x 12 portrait with no problem. But when I try to print on 12 x 18 landscape I am not able. As I have researched this it seems to apply across the board outside of Finale. I noticed a few complaints from architects trying to print oversized blueprints on 12 x 18.
I use an HP 5500.
