I don't have any problem with scrolling per se in Fin14. I do have a huge problem (again, with Apple) that 10.7 removed the incremental scrolling arrows from the scroll bars and there is no way to get them back. I programmed iKey macros that help me with this.
I do ding MM for the fact that, knowing the incremental arrows had been removed, they did not update their UI to use different controls, especially the Time Signature dialog box. And especially so after they forced Mac users to upgrade to Lion.
