Hey Lee,
Been there, done that! I use Finale '12 Win. Trouble is I can't remember
exactly what fixed the problem. I can tell you what I did before the problem
was resolved, but I don't know which "fix" actually did the trick.
1st; I found the "ini" files* and deleted them. Caution, this may delete your
preferences.When you restart Finale it creates new ini files. Then I restarted
Windows and began Finale again. The scrolling resumed!
You may do better asking the people at MakeMusic for help. Even with the new
ownership, they still are very helpful.
*ini files: C:\Documents and Settings\owner\Application Data\MakeMusic\Finale
