In the User Manual Encyclopedia section (Fin 2011) or Index (some newer versions), look for "To move expressions assigned to score lists". Actually, in the FinMac user manual, the index has "staff lists" instead of "score lists", but the page itself has "score lists".
Looks like the key is the same on Mac, the backtick. (Though the user manual calls it tilde, which would be Shift-backtick and is incorrect.) Aaron.
