The latest version in Finale 2012c, and that's the version you need. I just tried my FinWin2012 and was surprised A) that is still only Fin2012a and B) that it does not prompt me for an update. But if I go to the website I can download WinFin2012c.
The Transpose feature in staff styles is essential not only for horns and trumpets that change keys a lot, but also for hiding clef changes in cues.
