yeah that is exactly what i am thinking; made me think i should take an empty region in one of the parts and use it as a "sandbox" to set up unique instances of all the things i will need to copy-paste later (stem length extensions for tremolos, beam breaking, flat beam adjustments etc. lots of this can be done using patterson mass copy as well, without resorting to finale's copy-items-filter hellhole. > You might have to resort to (gasp!)
