Asking for some help as I am not very familiar with this: I live about a mile from a rail line. Each engine has its own particular horn sound... some major, some 7th, some minor, diminished, etc.. But one in particular intrigues me: would describe it as being a G signature, but one of the E minors. The notes are E, G, A#, and B. How would you notate and describe this chord?
