For PCs, I highly recommend Fineprint, which is configured as a printer driver and can be printed to from any application. It can handle duplexing, scaling, n-up printing, booklets, etc. What I do is define a virtual printer for every flavor of score and parts printing I ever use, and printing any of them requires no fussing or extra work. You also see a preview of what will be printed before the printer starts chewing up paper. Very easy to use, and well worth the few bucks it costs.
