Hello, Does anyone have a good solution for printing 8.5”x11” PDFs 2-up onto 12”x18” paper that both enlarges the image the correct amount and preserves equidistant margins?
The app Bookbinder’s Collator does this perfectly when making booklets, but it is not able to do regular 2-up. And neither Preview nor Adobe Reader seem to offer sufficient control over the enlargement or the inner margins.
