Hi, Am curious why you want to do this at all? Am certainly no expert, but I cannot think of any "best practices" that would suggest this sort of staff change. If you share what it is you need the players to do, then perhaps there will be some suggestions forthcoming that will do what you need, player wise, but in a more conventional way.
