Retyping them won’t help. Finale eliminates the hyphen when it judges the spacing to be too tight to let it be legible. Opening up a bit of space might help, or using a slightly more compact lyric font. Or maybe your lyric font doesn’t have a FAN, so Finale thinks all the characters are super-wide? That’s just a thought.
