I assume you mean Align/Move Dynamics plug-in. I checked on the Text Expressions and was able to move the expressions for the whole or partial measure as a block. With a bit of experimenting, it works but not as useful as being able to align directly in the score and across any selected expressions, including non-contiguous ones and across measures. Hoping there was a command as per the the Smart Shapes Tool that allows for “Align Horizontally”
