In general yes. I'd recommend using the symbol from Elbsound's Aruvarb font.
The Elbsound Music Font Package also features a very special arpeggio
function:
1-click-arpeggios (but without arrows).
If you assign them with their articulation library loaded, they always
get the right vertical size and correct horizontal positioning -
something that is not possible with Maestro, because of wrong symbol
metrics.
