I was always under the impression that we had to edit the Maestro Default file, changing whatever we wanted to, adding whichever libraries we wanted to, then saving it to the same location with the same name, overwriting the original (it's good to save a copy of that somewhere before you edit it so you can revert to it if you wish.)

At least that was how it was in the olden times before the Wizard was introduced.
